With the decade coming to a close, it’s time to highlight the best records in hip-hop. I’ll be running down my choices for the 10 Best Albums of each year until we finally arrive at the Best of ‘09 to close things out. I’ll be covering a lot of material so feel free to comment on my picks, as I’m always down for a debate.
